      Aloe is a plant whose juice from the flesh of the leaves has wound-healing, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is these properties that have become decisive when using the plant as a raw material for the preparation of cosmetic masks, lotions and tinctures. The latter are used externally to strengthen the hair, as well as to improve the condition of the scalp, face, decollete zone, hands and feet.

However, before you begin to correct the imperfections with juice from the leaves of aloe, you should properly prepare the raw materials. When choosing a leaf, give preference to one that grows closer to the roots of the plant. Cut the sheet with a knife, rinse thoroughly in warm boiled water and, wrapped in a clean white cloth, put it on the fridge for a couple of weeks. What does it give? The fact is that for a given period of time in the plant cells are formed the most valuable components, namely, biogenic stimulants. They will later improve metabolic processes in the body tissues.

Use prepared leaves of aloe is very simple. If you want to have beautiful clean skin, you can achieve what you want by carrying out regular”washing” with aloe juice. If you want to strengthen the weakened hair with aloe and improve the condition of the scalp, this mask will help you: 1 teaspoon of fresh aloe juice and 1 teaspoon of useful castor oil plus 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir the mixture into the hair and scalp 40 minutes before washing. This procedure should be carried out twice a week. It will help to give hair shine, get rid of dandruff and strengthen the roots of hair.
