The women`s magazine JustLady suggests that you use the latest version. You will be helped by home hand masks and hand baths , which will be discussed further.
First of all, what do you need to do – stop washing your hands with cold and hot water. In the first case, it will peel, and in the second – it will become flabby. Wash your hands only in warm water with mild soap or foam. After washing, immediately pat your hands with a towel and grease with a nutritious cream or your favorite vegetable oil (in the magazine JustLady you will find many tips on what oils are suitable for moisturizing and softening the skin).
As for hand creams, remember what components you need to pay attention to when choosing a cream:
• Choose moisturizing cream with aloe;
• To eliminate irritation and severe dryness – with glycerin;
• For disinfection – with chamomile;
• To restore the skin and accelerate the regeneration of cells – with vitamin F.
If you work a lot with your hands and notice that the skin has become dark, hardened and flaky, then you need to concentrate all efforts on making the skin silky and smooth. Unfortunately, creams do not always manage to do this, but regular home hand masks will help you. For example, you can prepare a honey lotion. To do this, add 2 tbsp of glycerin in a half-glass of water, 1/4 tsp. borax and 1/2 tsp. honey. With this mixture, before bedtime, lubricate your hands and leave it overnight. Remarkably softens the skin and pink lotion: at the same amount of water add 2 tbsp. l. of the rose petals, leave to stand for a while. After that, add 1 tbsp. l. glycerin and 10 drops of ammonia.
By the way, some home hand masks can also be used for rough skin on elbows. For example: whisk the yolk with vegetable oil, add a little flour, so that the mask does not spread, and apply to the elbows. Wash off after 10 minutes. Another variant home hand masks , suitable and for elbows – yolk, whipped with honey.
In addition to home hand masks , it is useful to massage the palm of your hand. This is not difficult at all, but the result is excellent. If the skin of the hands is dry and coarse, massage is best done with vegetable oil. For example, a good option is flaxseed oil. Pour a little oil on the palm of your hand, and, starting with the fingertips, rub your hands up to the brushes. If there are cracks on the skin, then castor oil will help them to heal – carefully massage each finger with it, and after several procedures you will notice a tremendous result: the skin will become soft and tender, and the cracks will heal. Very good effect has an old good oatmeal: cook it, add vegetable oil (any of your choice), a little honey, thoroughly rub the mixture. Get a natural moisturizing and nourishing hand cream. It is advisable to hold it on the skin of your hands for several hours.
