Combined and oily skin need more frequent periodicity. They are recommended to be taken every 10-14 days. To make a steam bath, use sage, birch buds, coltsfoot, calendula, linden, bark of oak. The duration of the procedure is 8-10 minutes.

If you have normal skin, then clean it with steam should not be more than 1 time per month and not longer than 5 minutes. To do this, simply put in hot water in equal parts or individually 2 tbsp. chopped chamomile flowers or a handful of pink petals. For the fading skin, decoctions of nettle, sage, orange peel, ginger and mint are suitable. Take steam baths not more than once a month for 3 minutes. After the procedure, wash with cool water and apply a night cream on your face.
