Self-massage of the eyelids should be done daily. First, cleanse your face of make-up. Since eyelids are able to absorb oil more actively than other skin areas, eyelid massage with the use of this remedy is especially useful. To prevent the appearance of wrinkles, massage your eyes gently at night, rubbing almond or olive oil with a few drops of rose oil or sandalwood, suitable and melted cow or cocoa butter. You can also massage with a special cream.
Massage with an unnamed finger, so as not to damage the skin with coarse pressure and do not stretch it in undesirable places. Remember that touch quality is more important than quantity.
Massage around the eyes with circular motions in the direction from the outer corner of the eye to the inside of the lower eyelid, with the massage of the upper eyelid – on the contrary, from the inner corner to the outer corner. Take 7-10 massage movements.
Press the tips of the ring fingers to the points where the eyebrows meet at the bridge of the nose. Further razmomnite eyebrows, pinching their thumb and index finger, moving from the bridge of the nose to the temples. Repeat 3-4 times.
Gently press the nameless finger of the point on the lower eyelids just above the cheekbones. Do not massage. Put palms on the temples and with a light pressure, do some number of circular movements clockwise. Carry out this movement for 30 seconds. At the end of the massage, perform pinching with the pads of the fingers – the area of the lower eyelid.
Make an acupressure of the eyes. Close your eyes, with the middle finger of your left hand, fix the skin in the outer corner of the left eye. With an anonymous finger of the second hand, massage the skin from the outer corner of the eye along the very bottom edge of the eyelid to the nose and further along the upper eyelid from the nose to the outer corner. Carry out the movement 6 times. In the same way, do a skin massage near the right eye.
After completing the massage, wait a few minutes before applying makeup.
