Water procedures are also necessary. Daily shower after work and bath once a week helps to strengthen health, clearing the body of toxins and negative energy.

Breakfast should always be on the table, as the body receives the basic energy from food. Lunch and dinner also pass on costs. Eat healthy foods – fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, dairy products, avoid semi-finished products and fast food because it is a”dead” meal. Benefits of it will not, but the excess weight over time is inevitable. With proper nutrition, there is no need to lose weight and sit on diets.

Always make small breaks every hour during the work, especially with sedentary work. Do some simple exercises, be like. People who have a sedentary lifestyle often have problems with blood vessels and the heart.

After work, have a good time in the gymnasium, swimming pool, ballroom or just walk for at least half an hour. Alternating activity perfectly restores strength.

Take care of your nerves: do not engage in stressful discussions, do not get irritated over trifles. Avoid communication with people who are always dissatisfied with something and are constantly trying to pile up their problems on you. Be able to enjoy life, positive attitude also helps to resist diseases and accelerates recovery.

Try to relax in nature – in the forest, at the dacha, by the river or the sea. This rest brings positive emotions and, as a result, the restoration of the nervous system and a huge charge of energy.

Treat yourself with love, care for your face and body. Self-confidence creates an excellent mood, which can not be better combined with good health. In the age of high technology, it is possible to look beautiful and feel the same way.
