To tighten flabby skin, it must be regularly moisturized and toned. In summer, cucumber masks are suitable for this purpose. Fresh cucumber should be grated on a grater, better plastic, and put on the skin of the face and neck. After 15 minutes, the mask is removed and a nourishing cream corresponding to the skin type is applied. No less effect will have a mask of berries – raspberries, strawberries. If the skin is dry, you can add a little sour cream.
To tone the sagging skin in winter, it is good to use lemon juice. It should be added to curd or honey masks. To make one of these tonic masks, mix one tablespoon of lemon juice, honey, cosmetic clay and sour cream. If the skin is dry, you can add 1 teaspoon of linseed oil or cedar oil to the mask. For oily skin sour cream should be replaced with kefir or serum. The mass is applied to the face for 15-20 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.
Nutritional masks for sagging skin should be selected depending on its type. For dry skin, a potato mask is suitable. To cook it, peel potatoes and peel them. Mix with one yolk, add milk. In hot form, put a mask on your face.
A protein mask is suitable for tightening oily skin. It is also called Hollywood. Whisk one protein with one teaspoon of potato starch. You can add a few drops of lemon juice. The mask of yolk and lemon will well affect the skin of any type. For its preparation, mix one yolk with the juice of half a lemon. Add the whole lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Leave the face mask on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm milk. This is a wonderful tool to increase the elasticity and improve the general condition of the skin.
Some masks for tightening flabby skin are not enough. Regularly, at least twice a year, it is recommended to carry out a course of facial massage with a specialist. If this is not possible, you should master the techniques of self-massage. In this case, it is necessary to take into account some simple rules: never shift the skin during massage; do all the movements strictly on the massage lines; before the procedure, apply to the skin vegetable oil (for oily skin – talcum).
To prevent flabbiness of the skin, watch for its hydration. Apply the nourishing cream immediately after washing on slightly damp skin. This way you can”lock” the water in its cages. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. In the cold season, when the heaters are working, use an air humidifier.
