Get enough sleep and breathe oxygen. If the shadows and circles under the eyes are not a consequence of the disease, then most likely they appeared due to chronic fatigue and constant lack of sleep. Reconsider your daily routine, go to bed before 00:00 hours and try to make daily walks. Oxygen will improve blood circulation and blood stasis, which could form around the eyes, will gradually resolve, and therefore the shadows will disappear.
Allergies to cosmetics. Shadows under the eyes can occur as an allergic reaction to carcasses or eye shadow. If you are sure of this reason – use neroli oil to relieve swelling.
Look after the delicate skin around the eyes, make compresses and masks.
The potato mask
Take a raw potato of medium size, peel it and grate it on a fine grater. Put the grated potatoes in a cheesecloth and put on the eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the mask and apply the cream with vitamin A and E for 10 minutes and after that remove the excess cream with a cotton disc moistened in a weak tea solution.
Mask of potatoes and parsley
Take 2 teaspoons of grated raw potatoes and mix with chopped parsley leaves. Wrap the mixture in cheesecloth and hold it on the eyelids for 15-20 minutes, rinse with tea solution and apply vitaminized nourishing cream.
Gymnastics for the eyes
Set a clock with a pendulum or a metronome, watch their movement only with your eyes – do not turn your head. This is a very useful exercise for relaxing the eye muscles and improving blood flow.
